Deborah Okenla is a community organiser, advisor, founder and CEO of YSYS: an organisation providing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for diverse talent in technology. She is also the founder of pactlist; a SasS product that helps organisations create inclusive
application forms to reach diverse communities.
She has been named Computer Weekly Rising Women in Tech of 2020, and respectfully, in 2019 and 2018, listed as The UK's Top 100 Black and Minority Ethnic Leaders in Technology by the FT. Deborah sits on the Advisory Board for AND Digital, Coders of Colour and No.10 Innovation Fellowship Programme.
Outside of her roles Deborah enjoys mentoring fellow community organisers and sharing advice for first time CEO's through her newsletter FSuite.
